Tickets are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable — you may pass your reservation to another guest if you're unable to attend.
After you upload your proof of payment, our team reviews and verifies it within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved.
For eligible ticket tiers that include accommodation, hotel details are emailed directly to confirmed guests ahead of the event.
